Who I Am

Like most men in my situation, I went through a period of discovery and research when ED messed up my sex life. 

I was 43 when it happened. Out of nowhere, I couldn’t get an erection. The first time, I brushed it off. Maybe I was tired. The second time, I started to worry. By the third, I was panicking. And the more I panicked, the worse it got. I felt ashamed. I felt broken. I kept asking myself. Why me? I’m healthy. I exercise. I don’t smoke. I don’t take medication. How could this happen?

If you’ve been there, you know the silence that follows. You don’t talk about it. You carry it inside. You avoid intimacy. You start to doubt yourself. That was me. A regular middle-aged guy, suddenly trapped in fear. But I couldn’t stay there. I had to know why. So I began searching, digging, trying to understand. And what I found changed everything.

Now, at 52, I’m living proof that psychogenic ED doesn’t have to be forever. I came back, naturally. No pills. No surgery. Just a different way forward. And that's what I want to show you.
